The conference exhibitor area contains 24 exhibitor booth spaces.  Booth spaces (as indicated below in white) are available for exhibitor selection on a first-paid, first-served basis as determined by the date the exhibitor's registration fee is received.  Exhibitors are strongly encouraged to indicate three booth space preferences when registering.  No selection will be made final until the required registration fee is received.  Booth registrations accompanied by the required exhibit fee will be withdrawn from availability.  Booth registrations not accompanied by the required exhibit fee will be placed "on hold," and will be returned to availability if the fee remains unpaid.
