is the premier provider of Global Positioning Satellite (GPS)

was founded by a group of corrections and technology professionals
realizing that although incarceration is sometimes the only
alternative for violent criminals, too often it is used because it

monitoring systems are inappropriate for most offenders, primarily
due to technological limitations. Some current GPS technologies,
which utilize bulky two- or even three-piece devices, are often
cumbersome and unreliable. The founders of STOP were convinced that
